Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ronana ("Ronana," "we," "us") at ronana.ai and any related services. By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country, if higher) to use Ronana. By signing up, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Account

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Ronana to:

  • Generate, request, or distribute content depicting minors in any sexual, suggestive, or exploitative context.
  • Generate non-consensual intimate imagery of real, identifiable persons.
  • Create content that infringes another party's intellectual property.
  • Generate deceptive media intended to deceive, defraud, or defame.
  • Create content promoting violence, self-harm, illegal goods, or hate against protected groups.
  • Attempt to evade content filters, rate limits, or billing controls.
  • Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules and may report illegal content to law enforcement.

4. AI-Generated Content

Ronana uses third-party model providers to generate output from your prompts. Outputs are produced by statistical models and may be inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable for your purpose. We do not guarantee originality, fitness, or suitability for any purpose.

Ownership:Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the upstream providers' terms, you own the outputs you generate. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, display, and deliver those outputs as part of operating the service.

Commercial use: Permitted unless explicitly prohibited by an upstream provider for the model used. You are responsible for ensuring outputs do not infringe third-party rights when used commercially.

5. Credits, Subscriptions, and Billing

Generations are paid via credits. Credits may be purchased one-time or granted monthly as part of a subscription. Credits expire at the end of the billing cycle in which they were granted unless we state otherwise.

Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: All sales are final. If you believe a charge is in error, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days and we will review the case in good faith. Consumed credits are non-refundable.

6. Privacy

Your use of Ronana is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

Ronana relies on third-party services, including payment, infrastructure, and AI model providers. Their terms apply to the portion of the service they provide.

8. Intellectual Property

The Ronana service, including its code, design, and brand, is our property.

9. Copyright Complaints

To submit a copyright takedown notice, see our DMCA policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ronana is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or USD 100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ronana, its operators, and contractors from any claim arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time from account settings. On termination, we will retain your data for up to 90 days unless a longer period is required by law, then delete it.

14. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice; continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Ronana is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction over that location, unless applicable consumer law requires a different forum.
