Ronana respects the intellectual property rights of others. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Notice of alleged infringement
If you believe content available through Ronana infringes your copyright, send our designated agent a written notice that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the owner or authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information sufficient to let us locate it.
- Your contact information: address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notification
If you believe content of yours was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification including your physical or electronic signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal district court.
Repeat infringers
We terminate accounts of users we determine to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).
False claims
Knowingly submitting a false DMCA notice or counter-notification can result in liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
